The next step was to insulate the room for both heat and sound. All walls both inside and outside were insulated, along with the ceiling.
My friends Tim and Jim helped out a lot with the drywall. My father also helped out often, though not in the picture. They all made this large project managable and a lot of fun.
Again, working on the drywall. I'll admit, I hate working on this portion of the project - the room takes shape fast, but it immediately leads to mudding and taping which I don't much like.
Of course, using the Rotozip made the job much easier, however, it also led to some pretty bad cuts - shown to the right. I managed to only let the tool get away from me about 4 inches from the box - good thing for the carpet!
